For unit one we worked mainly and learned about poems and how we can better interrupt 

them to gain a better understanding of what is being said in them. The goal of this assignment was basically to use what we learned about interrupting poems and the knowledge from the context we have from 2 poems and have them communicate with each other on a current social issue and . The course outcomes that this unit helps me develop are better strategies for reading, drafting, editing, and revising, formulating and articulating a stance in my writing, the audience for this assignment would be geared for people who are interested in poetry or for other students to read.
